We even tried YouTube but came up empty. Ended up returning it and getting one that can be adjusted by just sliding as most do.

I just wanted confirmation that these door levers have a thumb lock? I cannot see one in the pictures but in the specifications it says locking mechanism is thumb, could you confirm the ones available in Nanaimo have locks?

What’s the round black plastic ring I found with each handle, loose in the box

I bought this defiant passage lever and want to mount it on my 4 inch thick insulated inside garage workshop door. Is there an extension kit available like I see for other brands?

Unfortunately there are no extension kits for these knobs/levers. Our locks are designed for doors with a thickness of 1-3/8 to 1-3/4 of an inch.
