[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Defiant Highland door lever Series come in both interior and exterior styles with either square or rounded roses and several finishes. I particularly like the square roses as they are larger and cover any scratches left by the previous lever. The Highland door lever has good weight and are nicely finished with good hand feel. I chose the square rose style for a door to my rear patio. It was very easy to install because the handles do not block the path of the long screws that connect the two halves. Two keys are provided. I had never used a Defiant lever before and I am very pleased with the quality and looks of the levers.

The Defiant Highland Satin Nickel Keyed Entry Door Lever with Square Rose is a sharp-looking modern style door lever. The satin nickel finish is a high quality matte finish and it matches all of the other hardware in my home. This product has wonderful instructions and comes with everything you need to do an easy installation including a drilling template and two keys. To the touch, this is a solid lever and operates smoothly. It feels good in the hand. I definitely recommend this door lever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Attractive door knob, with an easy to install instructions. Trying to update my doors, and picked up this handle for when I'm finished. I liked it so much, I put it on before I completed my project, and it's so easy to install, I don't even mind having to take it back off. Very easy installation, took maybe 5 minutes. Looks great, and the handle itself feels nice and heavy duty in hand. The fingerprints even wipe right off. Very easy to open with your hands full, which is a huge plus. The square faceplate only covers a round opening, so there's no need for extra work there. Looks great, and was a super easy install. Now I just have to refinish and repaint the door...

The square rose is large enough to cover paint marks from previous installations of door hardware. The set also includes adjustable backsets and interchangeable faceplates The satin nickel is highlighted by the softly rounded handles that have a nice thick design and softly rounded edges. The handle design together with the square rose is nicely modern and easier to open than round knobs. The reasonably priced keyed set comes with a lifetime warranty. An easily installed, fashionable update to your home.

The matte finish is very high quality. It has a straight handle. We currently have the curved handle, which I like, but I'm ready for a change. It has all of the parts you need for installation including hardware and drilling template. It also includes a set of 2 keys. If you are replacing an existing door lever, this will be a very easy job. It is adjustable so it will fit in most existing holes. In the "Good-Better-Best" categories, it falls in the "Good" category so it is very reasonably priced, however it looks like it could go in the "Better" category. It is also has a very sturdy build. It feels solid and the moving parts are smooth.

It is stylish, I like the modern look, it did update my door in no time. The material seems sturdy enough and didn’t wobble when installed or any other issues. The price is way lower than the competitors so it is a good deal. It comes with a master key maker so I don’t have to carry different keys but only one for all doorknobs.

I like the lock for privacy as kids can’t sneak into our room to snoop for gifts. Installation was less than five minutes. Snapped into place and lined up perfectly. Easiest door knob I ever installed. The handle gives you an extra feeling of security.
