Does this come with the plate to cover a 3-hole sink? And everything required for full installation?

Looks nice but the faucet easily shows water spots. is there a way to prevent this?

Hi chris, Thank you for contacting Delta faucet company. I am so glad that you contacted us. I have included the cleaning instructions below and if the faucet does not seem to get better with the cleaning, please contact us back directly at 800-345-3358 or by following link https://www.deltafaucet.ca/service-parts/contact-us Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward.
