Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this faucet! I am very pleased with this faucet! I definitely wanted one with the magnetic pull-down so I just looked at Delta faucets. The pull-down is easily returned to it's slot. I love that the hot and cold on/off handle only rotates forward so it won't hit your backsplash if you have little space. It is very easy to turn the faucet on and off and adjust the water flow and temperature. The water flow is quite fast and strong. If you have a deep sink it will splash water around the sink but that is just the nature of the deep sinks and high arc faucets. I will say that the faucet is large (in diameter and height) so do check your measurements to get an idea of the scale of the faucet. For me, this is exactly what I was looking for - I love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great faucet I have only one suggestion. Remove the small "C" and "H" from the handle. I assume they are there to indicate which way to turn the handle to get hot or cold water. These letters are superfluous and confusing. Intuitively, one would move the faucet opposite of what the letters indicate thereby causing confusion and frustration getting used to a new device. Also, anyone can figure out that if they are getting hot water, they must go the other way to get cold and vice versa. In other words the letters are not needed i.e. superfluous. Just remember " handle up" is cold. That is really all that is needed to know.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful, functional faucet Just purchased this faucet for our kitchen remodel and absolutely love it. The design is very sophisticated with minimal detail which is what we were looking for. The pull-down works wonderfully and we use it all the time. Having the "magnetic locking" system was a feature of Delta faucets we definitely wanted. Most other brands do not offer this. The warranty on this faucet is great also. The only minor negative is that when turning on the water, the water pressure may be either not enough or too much for what you need to do, and you have to adjust the handle a bit more. Overall, this is a great faucet. We also purchased the matching soap dispenser and are very happy with it as well.

We've learned that you get what you pay for and certain brands are better (Delta) than others. We saw this one on the web site and were impressed that it looked simple to operate and perhaps more reliable because of that. The actual unit looks better than the photo in our opinion. Operation is simple, no hunting for just the right lever position to stop leaking! We've had it for 3 months now and it is running fine. Hopefully, that will continue. We are very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.

The handle mechanism is light weight, poorly designed and is already coming apart after only less than a month of use. The switch to change from spray to stream should be more positive in the feel to click in. It can get in a not quite selected position so you get a bit of both coming out. There are two points on the fabrication points on the faucet where there is discontinuation of the material that just look out of place and create a discontinuity in appearance. Mine is the brushed stainless version not the bronze and it tends to show finger prints. I would expect more for a faucet with this price tag.

It works beautifully, was easy to install, comes with all pertinent parts, and the magnetic 'docking' for the pull down sprayer end is a great feature. No drooping, no issues. It's perfect and very functional. We like that they offer this more traditional style instead of ultra modern. We installed it on a single, wide, 9" deep sink and the combo is now a delight for washing those big things by hand. Faucet is high enough to clear, but not intrusively high in the kitchen 'landscape'. Good value. Highly recommend it!

This delta faucet is great, metal, very solid...not chinsey like the last one I had. The pull down is great and snaps back with strength.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Functionality = Superb, Looks = Exceptional Sure, I spent an extra dime or two for this faucet, but it is definitely worth it. I have been using this product for a month now. All aspects (pull out head, hot/cold lever handle, push button stream or spray) are working fine, including better pressure than my original faucet. I have black appliances and just installed "Santa Cecilia" granite counter tops. This faucet matches my counter tops, appliances, oak cabinets and tan tile floor quite well. Going with Delta is a change, but I have not been disappointed. This faucet really gives my kitchen a very modern look. I like that so much....looking to install a Delta "In2ition" shower system in my bathroom shower this winter.

How does the arctic stainless compare to regular stainless steel appliances?

Thank you for your question, Bradley! I'm sorry for any confusion regarding our Delta finish options. Our Stainless Steel finish is a matte brushed finish, which matches Brushed Nickel closely and is often referred to as Brushed Nickel. Over the years, the color of stainless steel used on appliances and sinks has migrated from warmer tones, with more red in the color spectrum, to lighter tones where blue is more predominant. Arctic Stainless features cooler metallic tones, following current trends. Best regards, Edward

Is the finish spot resistant? Does it show water spots?

It is spot resistent. It does show a few spots but they wipe off quite easily with a soapy sponge. If I am particularly industrious a windex rag brings them back to new. I really love mine, especially the pull down feature, not having to have a separate sprayer to take up space and be yet another thing to clean

Does this faucet splash water onto your counters?

I haven't had a problem with my faucet splashing. It will if you hold something right under where the water comes out and turn it on but if something is down in the sink, no problem. I also have a deep sink. to the bottom of the sink from the countertop its 11.5 inches. As long as you have a deep sink I'm sure you'll be fine.

Specs show a minimum distance of 1.5 inches from back of faucet to backsplash. I only have 1 inch as the backsplash turns into a bar counter 6 inches high from countertop. Will this be an issue? Not sure why 1.5 inch is a requirement.

Am installing a new quartz counterop and will have only one hole drilled if indeed a base plate is not required.
