Went into a HD store & picked this tub off the floor & noticed how lite the tub was in the cardboard packaging .Got home & had a look inside the box and noticed this plastic tub is about 1/2 the thickness of what they normally are ! So flimsly and cheap its pathetic . Build into the bottom of the tub is a black support bracket to help this unit from splitting or cracking & it wont help anyway ! Dont waste your time people = there are going to be lots of problems with this Delta tub ! hopefully they dont do this to many more of there products ?? Picked out a Maxx tub instead & all is fine = solid build here !

The built in supports on the bottom are a real innovation: it ensures a very solid base - it's not up to the discretion of the installer, who in fact has an easier job. It also has about 6" of slight ridge on each side of the tub on the room side, to prevent shower water spill over. I would buy it again.

I purchased this tub, will have someone jnstall it next week, does it have everything included in the box (drain) or is there any suggestion on whats missing to have this set up.

You need to buy a drain, overflow cover, the special silicone for the surround if used and the taps. Just a tub is all that comes
