Rated 1 out of 5 by from No positive shutoff position Similar to other reviewer's experiences, you have to play around with the handle to find that one little spot where the water shuts off. Over time, this position changes and it becomes more difficult to find. With 4 people constantly using this faucet, it is so frustrating to always see it dripping or slightly running because it is so difficult to turn off. What was Delta thinking when they designed this? I hope their other faucets aren't the same way. I am ripping it out and replacing it as soon as I can. Don't waste your money. The one star is for the cool Spray Shield technology feature, otherwise this would be 0 stars.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from From drips to streams The faucet itself is very nice and I like the features but it is sooooo difficult to turn off - not difficult to move the handle - but difficult to get the handle in the correct spot so the water turns completely off. With the handle being on the side, you push it towards the faucet to turn off. But if it is slightly to the front or back, the water continues to run/drip. We are constantly having to go back to the faucet to turn it off. If you have kids using it, just forget about it! This is a design flaw in this product that needs to be fixed. Yes, it is operator error, but I never had this problem with my back sided handle.

I bought this in the black stainless steel to compliment my Cinder Siligranit sink and Slate appliances during my kitchen remodel. I second guess everything so I was so happy when it all came together. I live in a rustic style home so I did want to have a glaring, cold or too modern of a look. I also choose this faucet due to the magnetic pull out sprayer feature. I have not been happy with faucets that just use the weighted system and I refused to buy one without some type of magnetic hold. Very smooth handle action, no leaks and no drips after turning off.

The installation on an already installed sink was very simple. 1) Did not need to struggle under the sink with the dreaded basin wrench to make sure it was tightly fastened. I easily installed it on my one hole sink in just about 10 minutes, and I'm 80 years olld working under the for sink. 2) Extra-long input tubes were great for my installation where shutoffs are near the bottom of the cabinet. 3) That eliminated additional potential for leaky connections that were needed when then tubes were short. And it made the connections to shutofffs much easier for my 80 year bones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Features I brought this last Dec and I notice that the handle when i try to shut off the water it now starts to leak a little and I have to really make sure that it is shut off compleatly or my water bill will go up don't want that. I have always use Delta products and love them, i will just have to call support and have them tell me what i need to do. I will always support Delta because they support and help their customers always and that is why I stay with them.

When using the regular stream feature, the water splashes all over my countertop and backsplash and created quite a mess. I called the company to report this and they offered to send me another aerator. When I got it, it wasn't any different than what was already on the faucet. My old time faucet had an aerator where the water came out so soft it did not create this mess with water all over the place. I tried using the spray options and that is worse. I actually get splashed on besides the countertop and backsplash. I would not recommend this product and wish I could return it and get a different brand, but my installer threw out all the packaging, so I'm stuck with it.

Even though the soap dispense stopped working twice, I'm giving this 5 stars because Delta has now sent me two replacement dispensers to resolve the issue. They are very helpful and pleasant. I will buy delta again just for their customer service and the overall longevity of the faucet itself. Thank you.

It sprays water all over , The marble surface around the base of the faucet is always damp. It has various options for adjusting the spray on the head of the faucet which is nice but overall. I regret buying it.

I bought this faucet because I liked the features but I have not been happy with it. The handle is getting loose and it keeps dripping. Very hard to stop the dripping.
