Rated 1 out of 5 by from Flawed design I just did a kitchen renovation and updated my Delta touch faucet & soap dispenser, so I am familiar with the quality and performance of Delta. Unfortunately this soap dispenser doesn’t meet my expectations. It spins all over the place and is so loose, it feels as if there’s a missing or broken piece and the pump is going to fall off. I looked into getting a different Delta soap dispenser (Trinsic) but based on those reviews it seems this is how all of the new soap dispensers function by Delta. A soap dispenser doesn’t need to spin 360 degrees, nor does it need to be loose and jiggle. I wish they didn’t change the way they used to make these. I have to keep this because I’m out of the 30 day return window. I wish there were reviews out there when I purchased this but there weren’t, so I hope this helps someone. It does match well with my Emmeline faucet so there’s a plus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from metal This is one of the few metal soap dispensors from Delta. The quality is nice. There is a piece on the head part to prevent spinning freely. It’s nice. The price still seems too much though.
