Rated 3 out of 5 by from Do your homework before purchasing! Couple things to note: 1. This valve needs to be placed under the tile and mounted to the floor which is not mentioned. 2. There is another valve with shut off’s, and it took me a long time to see which one is better. It is better to have the shutoff switch incase of emergency. 3. Also finding a certified plumber that can install is another problem. Highly advise to do your homework before purchasing

This Delta ruff in R4700-FL states that you have to solder on copper water lines to connect the water.. What happens if your house has Pex water lines >>>???

Asked by: Tedd
Hi.. I had PEX lines... you need to connect the lines as normal and no need to solder I had to buy a conversion from PEX to what is current on market... i suggest to put in shutoff's before connecting. Happy to help if you have questions. Recently did my bathroom and it was a challenge I won't lie, but looks beautiful at the end.
