I purchased a different brand originally and my plumber, me, my carpenter and my neighbors all tried and could not get it to stop leaking in 4 different places so back to the store it went. I starting reviewing showerheads online and wanted one with an all metal hose which this one has. I ordered it and it arrived quickly. I installed it in under 5 minutes - one turn with the pliers and verify it was tight and bam - awesome showerhead. I love it. Works great and lots of settings. Now my shower is like a spa. You can use the outer ring, inner handheld or both at same time. Love my showerhead. Will always buy Delta from now on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Delta Multi-Setting H2Okinetic In2ition I replaced the shower head I had in my bathroom with the Delta Multi-Setting H2Okinetic In2ition and it is amazing how quick it is to set up. This showerhead is really easy to set up. It took me literally 5 minutes to have all the pieces installed and working and I needed no tools to complete the job…All I needed was to get the pieces out of the box and install them in my shower. Easy, stress and hassle free, anyone with no handy experience at all can have this shower head installed in no time. I also like the design, the quality and how you can change the way you can change the water spray and the fact that you feel like you are getting a lot more water than what you actually are...love the water technology on this shower head.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from looks nice but terrible water pressure purchased this year when we remodeled our bathroom. I wanted a showerhead with the hand held option. After bathroom was done water pressure was terrible. we called the pumbing supply store and they told us it was due to a water saver feature that is now built into the shower head. Plumber removed that filter and the water pressure is not much better. Would steer anyone away from purchasing this shower head since we are on city water and have no other water pressure problems in the house and had better water pressure in the shower with our old shower head. Paid alot of money and extremely disappointed!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Water Pressure Issue Purchased it 6 months ago, it initially worked great, fabulous water pressure, good for washing the dog. This morning in the middle of showering, however, the water pressure dramatically lowered (now less than 50% of previous pressure), and it has remained reduced. I have adjusted all of the settings on the head to no avail. Disassembled it, reassembled it, no improvement. Also re-attached our old shower head to confirm that the shower head spigot still had the same water pressure, which it did, indicating that the problem is intrinsic to this shower head. Is there a way to fix this? (wanted to ask this in the 'question' forum, but the text box limits inquiries to 255 characters)

It separates easily from the base and the magnetic attachment makes it easy to return the shower head to its base. So glad I bought this! It delivers a great shower spray plus makes it easy to clean the tub/shower area. Great features over a rainfall shower head!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Broke Less Than a Year In I bought this shower head mid-2018 and yesterday as I was trying to dock the handheld component, it literally snapped off of where the whole unit screws on. Because it wasn't within 90 days, I wasn't able to return it to the store where I bought it which was really frustrating as well. Maybe this was a one-off or maybe it's just not a quality shower head. Regardless, I haven't been impressed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy with my Delta In2ition H2Okinetic purchase I purchased and installed the Delta In2ition H2Okinetic 5-setting two-in-one shower last month. My setting preference is the H2Okinetic spray because it feels like a lot of water and with good pressure. With this setting, water sprays out of three openings in the hand shower, which helps keep it concentrated. The Pause feature works well when I am soaping up and don't want water spraying on me. The shower has plastic parts and it remains to be seen how well they stand up over time. For that reason, I assigned a quality rating of 4 stars. The color of the shower is champagne bronze and it matches very nicely the color of the the Delta downspout and valve that I purchased at the same time as the shower.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It is all that Delta says it is! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own the stainless steel. Installation was easy. The unit does appear to provide the feeling of greater water pressure and definitely can cover more area with the water than our prior shower head. The diverter/controls are easy to use to switch between fixed head/hand held/combination. We like the pressure/coverage using the hand held in fixed/mobile positions. Our water pressure is not strong enough to fully support both heads running at the same time. The expandable hose is very nice too. I am very pleased with this unit.

How do i remove the flow restrictor?? I do not care about the warranty. Please give me directions

Thank you for your question, Dan! Please know this is a WaterSense labeled product designed to produce 1.75 gpm @ 80 psi. We can not recommend or instruct on removing the flow restrictor as it is an integral piece and removal will most likely damage the shower head as well as allow debris into the unit. We are redoing the entire tub area and I like this shower head. Can you tell me what fixtures, e.g. spout, drain, water control and whatever else I need to do the shower head (e.g., fittings)
