Only thing that is worse it we got rid of the box or I would return this in a heartbeat. This is my first review of any product ever, I have been let down before but this unit has taken the cake for how poor it operates. I guess quality is now something of the past.

The selector on both parts is made of plastic and break easy enough. Our hand wand broke while I was changing it which caused some pretty nice gouges in my finger... metal would have been a better option for this piece.

Thought the 2 in 1 feature would be nice... not how this one does it. - Selector for handheld vs. stationary spray squeals like a dying animal when used, and is stiff. - Selector on handheld for different spray types is so stiff it's not worth the hassle. - Spray can only be described as 'sharp' and 'sparse' - Pressure/flow is completely inadequate for anything more than bathing a cat or chihuahua We have switched back to the Moen unit we had previously and are much happier.

It says 'satin nickel', however the entire backing of the shower head is dark/black plastic. This was a cyber monday deal, and when looking in the shower head isle, there were at least 15 of these on the floor. Seems like they were pushing the product to get rid of it. Never tried it, but having the item not match the description is disappointing.

Washer on the swivel broke, and now leaks all over. Now Delta is giving me a hard time replacing the part. Should've bought a Moen. I have never had problems with them.
