Does valve not included means I have to buy my own rough in materials?

Dear Kaloli, Thank you for your question. Correct, the Delta Lahara Tub and Shower T14438-H2O faucet does not come with the rough-in valve in the box. The MultiChoice Universal rough-in valve has to be purchased separately. Best regards, Tanya
