Rated 2 out of 5 by Tim321 from Soap dispenser strips way too easiily Works well but comes loose from the wall so requires tightening often, but unfortunately the plastic screwing into metal concept does not work well. The soap container strips very easily then will no longer hold in position (it just falls to the sink). I've been hunting for replacements of the just the soap container to no avail...

Rated 1 out of 5 by ibddriver from Nice style, low quality pump I bought this for my spare bathroom to go with the matching mirror, towel rack, faucet and toilet paper dispenser because I liked the look and loved the clutter free appearance. I believed that the Delta name meant I could feel good about the workmanship and quality of materials used. Sadly, buying a product on looks and name recognition do not do it. The pump is of extremely low quality and does not re-prime itself. I do not use high viscous soaps that would put undue burden on the dispenser, nor is the dispenser used so frequent it could wear out so quickly. I maintain the dispenser free of any excess soap or residue that could inhibit the dispensers ability to prime the next pump (go up.) Because the soap dispenser matches the entire bathroom collection, I was hoping to find a replacement pump available but have not been able to. For now, I've got this broken soap dispenser sits on top of my sink while I try to look for a replacement.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Rogerfw from Bracket on wall with no dispenser for years Bought this with nearly all other Victorian master bath sink faucets, shower apparatus, towel bars and toilet items. It broke soon after we moved in and the wall bracket is dead center between our two faucets so we get to see it each day. Delta has been great about standing behind their faucet valves etc but we never inquired about this item. If they back it up as they do their faucet valves then fine. Otherwise it's not a solid product. Now that I've taken the time to review other reviews I see we're not alone. It's the pump device that broke on our unit.

The pump on the original one that I bought gave out after a few years. Replacing the whole unit was the most economical thing to do.
