Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked Great 1st Time The first time I used it I was impressed, it was a thirsty sponge, and worked as intended.. How ever on the second time i used it about a week later, it was as stiff as a caerd board and would not soak up anything on the car, just pushed the water drops around and around. Bad experience, returned it the next day.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does the job. Does the job, didnt have any problems with it, though this is biased in that we usually use the Absorber. My husband bought it on a quick run after accidenty leaving his beloved Absorber behind in our apartment (we just bought a home and left it in our apartment). It did not seem as absorbant but did well in soaking up water. It was also pretty straightforward to clean. After drying, it fit right back into the tube it comes in so storage is easy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Chamois synthetic vs natural good but not great chamois works well but not like a traditional one. It does not glide well but sticks. Does absorb well. Nothing bad just not great where a natural chamois almost glides across good paint while drying. This one sticks and ro9lls up . May just need to be broken it a bit.

I tried it on my car after washing it and I was very pleased with the results. Results are pretty close to that of a chamois including the hardening of the material after it dries. Note, you will have to dampen the cloth after each use.
