I've changed the grease, the brushes and the power cord and it keeps on running. I've had to make a new wrench when I lost the original. If this is an example of DeWalt power tools then I won't buy anything else. I sort of wish my old one would die so I can buy this new one but in the meanwhile I'll just keep using the old one and marveling at it's performance. I use this grinder for my knifemaking and blacksmithing hobbies and am amazed at how straight a cut I can make. (36" on both sides of a 5" square tubing to make a quench tank with less than 1/16" off of the line over the entire 36". I've done this twice and couldn't believe it either time! What a great tool!)
