This heavy-duty steel welding accessory features a 36-inch wide x 3-inch deep surface with strategically located 3/4-inch diameter holes to provide an array of mounting and clamping points to suit any size project. In addition, two V-shaped and serrated notches provide an ideal place to secure round stock and pipe for welding and cutting. The folding legs are independently adjustable for a sawhorse height of 25 to 33-inches with 1-inch adjustment increments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Dewalt saw/welding horse is amazing. The construction is top notch, it’s obviously a quality product. The product itself surprisingly folds down into a fairly compact unit with a nice sturdy handle for carrying. It is easy to unfold the legs and adjust the height. The locking pins for the legs are a nice feature to give some peace of mind when working on a heavy load. The V notches are great to stabilize for cutting or welding. The ability to ground to the saw horse itself is a great feature for welding. I plan on picking up another one and getting rid of my traditional saw horse because of the multiple uses of this product and the compact storage option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very stout piece of equipment that will be great for all kinds of projects. The copper ground is a nice addition for welding as are the "v" shaped notches in the top will be good for setting a piece of angle in for welding pipe. The compactness is another good feature, it fits in the back of my truck and docent eat up much real estate. Its made of fairly heavy gauge material and I plan on getting a couple of clamps that will work in the 3/4" holes and Ill be set.

It has numerous features including: multiple "V" slots to hold round objects, a tool holder, a ground connection and adjustable leg height. The adjustable legs operate easily by secure latches and there are safety clips which store conveniently when not in use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dewalt 36 Inch Adjustable Height Folding Steel Heat Resistant Welding Sawhorse is a monster of a sawhorse. It is solid and fully adjustable with safety pins to ensure the adjusted height stays where it should. It comes with a copper gounding stud. The body of the sawhorse has large 3/4 inch holes for tool insertion and large v-notches to hold round material such as pipe. It has adjustable legs with easy to read markings to ensure all legs are at the same level. The legs collapse and fold inward to make a relatively small form factor for storing when not in use and has a handle for easy carrying. This is a heavy sawhorse, heavy enough to handle 1,100 pounds, but some DIYers may find it too heavy for use around the house for projects. One set of legs do tend to catch on part of the body of the sawhorse making it difficult to unfold the leg.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A useful adjunct to DeWalt’s folding welding table or used by itself, this sturdy support will be at home in the home shop or on a construction site. With a width of 36 inches and legs which adjust from 25 inches to 33 inches (with spring latches and load bearing pins provided) this horse will allow you to support and secure your work piece using the integral, multi-diameter “notches” or clamps utilizing the ¾ inch diameter holes (provided both in the horizontal and vertical planes). While, at 26 pounds, this is not a lightweight, the robust, tubular carry handle makes for an easy and balanced load in the folded position. When the load pins are not in use, storage holes are provided to minimize the chances that they will be lost. An eyebolt is supplied (to be installed by the user) to be used as a support for tools or a welding gun. A stud is also supplied (also to be installed by the user) for connecting the work-piece lead to minimize having to keep moving the lead to avoid interference with the weld area. The eyebolt and stud should be installed (as noted in the instructions) prior to unfolding the legs, while the sawhorse is upside down for easier access. With a total load rating of 1,100 pounds (including any stock on the fold-out supports on the sawhorse legs), this horse should be adequate for most uses. It is interesting that one of the caution labels on the horse instructs the user to read the instructions prior to using the horse…but the instructions are packed inside the folded legs, requiring unfolding the legs to access the instructions. The instructions are printed using an extremely small font which may require the use of a magnifying lens to be easily read. Although some folks are wary of items manufactured offshore, this horse is quite solid and well put together. There is a 3-year warranty should any of the parts prove defective. This item will be extremely useful when fabricating in the shop or in the field.
