Had to return for an exchange. Now i opened the box and i thought yeah everything is there. Nope. The thumb knobs are missing. So I had to use bolts I found in my toolboxs to put it together. The hose is not the hose in the picture or video. Its an industrial hose that wil not twist or bend with pressure. Also its so thick that it wont hang properlly So i had to return and buy the 80.00 flexible hose. Which if you look in the video thats the hose he’s using????? The picture shows the hose it came with and the hose i bought. Both 50’ foot long

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needed More Power I've a 3800 DeWalt, 13 years old, only one time the seals leaked oil and I took it to a no name repair shop. I paid $120? and it runs well. Change oil and spark plugs every year myself. The problem is "people" in general do not want to read instructions on "how to set up and start". That's where the problem is. So read, follow the steps and be happy. For an easier start, after air is out and water is running smoothly through the nozzle tip, continue to run the water and at the same time, pull the start cord the unit will start easy. IT IS YOUR AND ONLY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND APPLY INSTRUCTIONS OR YOU'LL NEVER LEARN ANYTHING IN LIFE.

It is powerful & perfect for a homeowner, just be sure to be cautious with it's power. Unlike my last pressure washer it is easily movable. The large wheels make going over grass, gravel & other surfaces easy. I like the large fuel tank, easy start & powerful motor. Don't be intimidated by this pressure washer. It's easy to learn, start. & maintain. I just took it out of storage so I can clean the siding on my home to remove mildew & bug poop & to clean my driveway & sidewalk (with a surface cleaner). I use Simple Green Pro HD & it combined with this powerful pressure washer will get the job done right the first time without going over it again. I'm 100% satisfied & recommended!

The pump has plenty pressure to work with and comes with a pressure adjustment knob to adjust from about 1300 psi to 4000 psi. Love it!

I had been using a little PowerStroke pressure washer that was 2200 psi and 2.0 gpm. It worked, but my driveway total is about the length of a football field and a half not to mention it's about 12 ft wide. This would take me about 10 hours of nonstop work because of all the pollen we have here. I wanted a higher end, super strong, comercial grade, pressure washer and this is what I came across. It only took me an hour of research to know that this was the machine I wanted. So far I'm very pleased with the product and I can't wait to use it at my job sites!

Home Depot's 100$ return protection only starts after the Manufacturer's warranty expires. Haha. Good luck! They have me on the 1-800 number with DEWALT right now. Bought exactly 33 days ago. You must check your stuff! Going back to Costco for anything that I care about. Probably the last time I buy from Home Depot.
