The forgrip on the gun allows you to have complete control when pressure washing. Inflatable tires make it easy to roll around the job site. The Honda engine starts on the first pull!!! The unit is a little heavy. However, I can manage to load/unload very carefully onto a truck bed that is about 4' off the ground by myself, as I'm 34yrs old and about 5'-10". I've had the washer about 1-2 months with no issues. This machine definitely surpassed my expectations in quality and performance.

Why am i leaking pump oil from the spot in the photo ?

Asked by: Jim
It should be a problem with the pump. Go to the store If have a valid warranty (90 days) or ask where is the shop that fits that problem ( Dewalt Dealer).

Where do you add the soap or cleaner? I dont see a seperate reserver.

Asked by: Sean
It does not have a reservoir. There is a hose that comes with the you unit. Attach the hose to the unit and place the other end of the hose into the soap/cleaner fluid container. The washer will siphon the fluid into the unit as you pull the trigger.

Can I change the pump to a brand that will continue to work? The AAA pump has quit twice in a year with only five uses of this machine and less than two tanks of gas.
Asked by: Rod
This machine comes with four spray nozzles. Each nozzle is labeled based on the angle of spray, rather than the PSI or GPM. The "most powerful" nozzle has a 0 degree angle of spray - which is a small solid stream. The "lease powerful" nozzle has a 60 degree spray angle I think. The 0 degree nozzle is certainly capable of damaging a wooden deck or the side of your house. I would only use it on concrete. Even with the wider angle spray nozzles, you need to stand back from whatever you're washing to avoid damaging it. This machine could easily strip the paint off your car if you're too close or use the wrong nozzle.

The hose is fairly rigid and a hassle to handle. Do they make a more flexible 50' hose and if so, where do I find it? Thanks.
Asked by: dm4
Every pressure washer hose I've ever owned was very stiff and difficult to handle. The hose for this machine is longer and a larger diameter than my previous pressure washers, which makes it even more of an issue. I think the hose needs to be very robust to handle 4,000 PSI. I have never seen one that was soft and flexible like a garden hose.
