Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Even Industrial Quality String wouldn't return after only a couple days use? Jiggled handle and line back and forth to free up, then Plastic gears stripped. Uses Tiny Plastic Gears to rewind, if the line tangles during rewind then the gears bend over (strip)! Spent more time trying to free it up then we did using it. This is not the quality you can depend on to last !

Why does the string keeps jaming? It is hard to get it to release on its first use and I just bought it today

How do you load chalk into this thing ? It;s amazing! There is no opening. Do I unscrew it and put the chaulk in ? There are no instructions on it. It's just mind blowing!!!!

You take the cap or the string comes out and turn it counterclockwise to unscrew it and it pours in with the string comes out of you fill it and then screw it back clockwise ready tidy and it's back together
