Very disappointed with this item. The wait online for dimplex was more than 45 minutes and then I had to get a call back. I rate this product low because you cannot get a new heater or parts for repair for months.

I contacted support and they shipped replacement PCB boards which I got installed. Now the heaters don't turn on with the remote.

Can you use this buy plugging in or does it have to be hard wired
