The little stove is a beautiful color and works in the area we intended, however, the shipping company that Home Depot used was not very dependable. The stove was promised on one date and did not ship until a few days later. The date that it was finally expected came and went and the stove was then pushed back another day. We finally received the stove in good condition and the driver was helpful in getting it to our front door but the wait was not good. We will still order from Home Depot in the future but, hopefully, they will address the shipping concerns..Thank you..

I know that no electric fireplace stove has a realistic looking log and flame, but this one looked bad. The flame effect is decent but the logs and embers are really bad looking and are very front and center, making the full effect look very artificial

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I ordered the red unit, and I have to say... I ordered the red unit, and I have to say it is a much brighter red than what is depicted in the picture. It is also an extremely shiny plastic that scratches and chips with the slightest touch. I was overall very disappointed. After two weeks, I really wish I had returned it immediately.
