Will this DreamLine 36" Frameless fit a 35 3/4" opening?

This Unidoor-X will not work for a 35-3/4" opening. It is too large. Unfortunately, we do not have a Unidoor-X that will work for your size opening in our stock product line. DreamLine's Custom Glass Group can produce a product in the size that you need, however. I understand "unidoor" to mean opens inward and outward. Is this true of this door?

Unidoor is the model name given to this style by DreamLine. All DreamLine Unidoor shower doors now feature adjustable hinges, allowing you to choose if you would like the door to open inward or outward. The hinges come to you pre-set by the factory to open outward, which is the recommended position. Should you choose to adjust the hinge to open inward, you will need to change the orientation of the vinyl piece that the door closes against, installing the flange on the outside of the shower. Instructions will be included with the hinge for changing the orientation of the swing. A simple adjustment is all that it takes to allow the door to open inward. Unfortunately, this Unidoor-X shower door will not work for your opening because it is too big. The Unidoor-X only has 1/4" of out of plumb adjustment and your out of plumb condition is greater than that. Also, the Unidoor-X only comes in a 33" model and will not work for an opening your size. We would recommend a DreamLine Elegance based on the measurements that you have provided. The model that you will need is SHDR-4132720-06. My tile to tile opening is 37inches wire? Will this door work?

The Unidoor-X 36'' will only fit a tiled opening of 36''. A 37'' tiled opening would be 1'' too large. We would suggest the Unidoor-X 36'' to 36-1/2'' which is model number D1240672-09. Are the 1/4’” and 1/2” adjustments and or - numbers. Will this door adjust down to 35 3/4”?

This. door only has 1/4" adjustment on the hinged panel side for out of plumb conditions. We recommend taking your finished measurements at the top, middle and bottom of your opening. All of these measurements must be at least 36". You cannot be under 36" at any spot.
