Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing shower I bought the base on sale from Homedepot and the rest of the shower at Menards because it was way cheaper and on sale. I am not perfesional just a home owner diy'er. Installed this shower with a friend because the glass is very heavy. Wife loves this shower. 34 inches is tight but it's very nice shower as long as you put silicone all the way around and on both sides as I did. No leaks what so ever after I did both sides. Biggest thing I can say is make sure your walls are very close to being square as the side glass won't fit right for the door to fit. I used acrylic subway tile walls from Canadian Acrylics. All in all. We LOVE this shower.

We spent a lot of time cleaning the existing tiles, removing any traces of old caulk and removed the old grout. After installing new grout and waterproofing we installed this shower glass unit. Once finished our bathroom has a completely new look. Instructions were clear and easy to follow and resulted in a great fit. Our base was a 36 in by 36 in and this model was the one that would fit that base, the new walls sit close to the inner edge of the base. We are very happy with this product.

We wanted an extra shower but we are extremely tight for space and this 34 x 34 fit the bill. My husband had it put together in no time and we are extremely pleased with how sturdy and good quality it is.

The 10mm glass is heavy, the design is sound, and this is a good upgrade to any bathroom. Dreamline instructions are clear and accurate and any DIY would be able to install this with ease.

Definitely use a rubber squeegee to wipe off excess water from glass walls. It does not leave any film, spots, streaks, etc. Looks clean every time.

Does the kit come with the brick style backwall?

The walls shown in the picture are for illustrative purposes only and they are only digital images. DreamLine does not offer any shower walls that look exactly like the walls shown in the picture, however, we do offer trim-to-fit glue-to-backer board acrylic walls from our QWALL-VS model series that will be compatible with this kit. Yes - you will want to pair this 34x34" DreamLine Prism shower enclosure with the 36x36" DreamLine SlimLine acrylic neo-angle shower base. The base needs to be a little larger than the glass enclosure so that the glass fits up onto the curbs of the base. Thank you for your interest in DreamLine!
