The DRICORE PRO Concrete Repair system has been specifically designed and engineered to seal, fill and structurally reinforce concrete cracks. This 3-step system includes: Step 1 CRACK PREP SURFACE PASTE, Step 2 CRACK INJECTION EXPANDING FOAM and Step 3 the CARBON FIBER REINFORCEMENT KIT.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dricore crack injection I got the product about a month and a half ago and it was just to cold to use outside. It finally warmed up enough to use it. I cleaned the crack of concrete chips and then vacuumed the crack. I simply injected into the crack making sure to force it deep into the crack. I simply just troweled the excess over the crack to help seal it. It was very easy to use, just put it in the normal caulking gun and pull the trigger. It does not get any easier than that. Now that being said I did the crack from the outside and the inside. Product worked great and I would recommend this to everybody.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 3 Step System Product was shipped to my house in a timely manner. It is a three step system. When I opened the package I thought I was getting all three products. Step 1 CRACK PREP SURFACE PASTE Step 2 CRACK INJECTION EXPANDING FOAM and Step 3 CARBON FIBER REINFORCEMENT KIT. The package only had the expanding foam in it. Didn’t feel comfortable using it on its own. Home Depot website said Dri-core products are not sold in store. My customer didn’t want to wait any longer to finish up the job so I had to purchase a different product. Willing to try this system in the future but for now I give it 2 stars to be fair since I didn’t have a chance to test it

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great for DYI - Small Cracks The Dricore - Concrete Repair Crack Injection Expanding Foam is not bad for the DYI person handling a small crack, however I wouldn't be so sure on using this for a substantial crack or a crack which runs through the foundation. The hardness of the foam (after drying) is not as ridged as that of the material that the PROs use; in fact I was able to crush the foam with my hands with very minor force.

You need to know that this specific foam is only one of the 3 steps you need to follow. Product for the other 2 steps are sold separately. Quality is good but you need to prepare the crack and invest good time if you are not an expert. You may also required power tools depending on the size of your crack. If you are not sure of the depth of the crack be prepare to spend more product than originally planed. Once the surface is prepare, application is fast and easy.

Being that I only had one tube I wasn’t able to finish the whole crack. I was impressed how the product applied. I will definitely buy more to finish the rest of the job

Turned into a little more stressful of a job than it needed to be. Overall it worked well just be prepared with plugs near by or have someone else to help standing by.

Made it simple to use with clear instructions, and was easy to use and seal up the cracks that I needed. It has not cracked or started to come apart yet. No water has leaked through the crack since this product was used. Very happy with this product and how well it worked!

Can this be used for garage floor crack, to prevent water and ice in crack?

Hello PigsWillFly, The concrete repair products are useful for any concrete application. If your garage floor is concrete, you can use the polyurethane. It is an expanding foam that will fill any voids or cracks present in the area, preventing water from seeping into the crack. However, floors are exposed to live loads which could add stress to the crack and polyurethane does not offer structural strength.

What is the coverage for this single tube product? I've used the two tube Dricore system in the past which could cover a 8 ft crack. This product looks different and there's no information about this single tube product on Dricore website.

Hello ch5472, The 250ml format of the Concrete Repair Crack Injection Expanding Foam will cover up 4 linear feet of a crack, 1/4" wide and running the full depth of the foundation wall.
