Rated 1 out of 5 by from All Liquid spilled over the floor, product fault When I started with the injection part suddenly the back cover that is attached to the gun went off its place and lost all the oily liquid side on the floor, its just went garbage, bad experience to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to use sealed the crack as well as is expected. ensure every hole is covered in a thick layer as if you spring a leak it is really messy

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Concrete prep This first step is straightforward, just be aware that you need to buy everything separate including the ports, had to wait to do the job because I didn’t realize they did not come with the prep ,which makes not sense to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stop leaks This product worked as stated, it was easy to use if you follow the instructions. I had a crack the full height of the wall and needed two tubes. Lots of rain since no leaks, good product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not all cracked up The system is very good, product excellent. This step ensures a very strong coating preparing for the next step. The product accessibility is a big difficulty outside Toronto. Makes it very difficult when you are not familiar with the product and how much material will be needed to complete the task.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what expected. Unfortunately, the epoxy didnt hold the ports in place. After allowing it to dry overnight i began injecting. After only 1 or 2 pumps of caulking gun the port popped off the wall. They were centered over the crack and they were not plugged with epoxy. The product simply didn't hold. Only 1 port took any amount of sealer. .

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Don't use too much around ports One thing not mentioned in the instructions is not to use too much of the epoxy around the ports. If you do they'll get too weighed down and fall out while it's setting. 3 of the 8 ports I used fell out because I used too much epoxy.

I realize the crack surface must be smooth concrete, hence the grinder. I previously tried patching with hydraulic cement. Will the product adhere to this, or do I need to grind it all off?

    Asked by: Adam
Please grind the previous product off, down to the concrete. This will ensure successful application of our product.

What is the maximum size of crack that you can use this on?

    Asked by: Nathan
Hello Nathan, This would depend on the size of the crack, width/length/depth. Please email help@dricore.com with these dimensions for further assistance.
