Rated 3 out of 5 by from Kinks I just wrote a review about how it's not the same size as the same one I bought last year. It's a smidgen bigger. The fittings slide in way easier than last year's tubing. I forgot to say there are so many kinks in it from the cables that keep it together. They are on to tight. This tubbing is to stiff for the tight cables that it's denting it. Trying to place it around a tree using garden staples there happened to be one of those kinks right there. So it bends instead of just going around. Like it does on the other trees . I had to cut it out, and put a fitting in.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor quality, weak material I have purchased this product in the pass. Was made of a better rigid material., So naturally ordered again. This is now a cheap cost cutting product. Material arrived rolled up full, and of kinks. Thought perhaps packers were careless, but realized upon working with it, expect kinks and possible leaks just by handling it. Poor product, expected better.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from too bad the size was not as stated it was disappointing that I ordered ½ inch hose that was actually smaller than ½ inch so was very difficult to use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not same size I bought the exact same ½ tubing last year. All my fittings fit tight. Some were a challenge for me to get them in. Once it was all set up My plants and I had a great drip irrigation watering summer. I expanded my garden this year. So I bought this again. I have lot's of extra fittings from last year. The weather has finally warmed up to start putting plants out. I just started laying this new ½ tubing down. It's not the same size as last year's tubing tho. It's A smidgen bigger. My fittings are sliding in way to easy. Even on a cold day. The great thing is , my fingers aren't killing me trying to get the fittings on . I don't have to wait for a hot day, or have hot water to dip the ends in. Once I get it all laid, I really hope the fittings dont start sliding off from the pressure of the water. Laying last years tubbing back down I still have to wiggle the fittings back in, even though the fittings were already in from last year. I hope the company did it on purpose. To make it easier to use. And not because the machine made my tubing the wrong size. Either last years was the wrong size , being a smidgen to small for fittings..🤷 Or this years is the wrong size being a smidgen to big , I don't know 🤷‍♀️🙃 I will know after it's all laid down.

Can this tube be exposed to direct sunlight? It says for outdoor and cold water use only but will it withstand the high temperatures associated with direct constant exposure?

Asked by: Jessica
We recommend placing it out of direct sunlight as this can only stand up to 125 degrees while in use.

Does it fit any ½" Tee Barbs? or only Orbit ones? It says flexible. Is it easy to lay down, and stay down? I want to replace my hard stiff one. First I have to lay it in the hot sun ,then anchor it down every foot or so . So frustrating lol

Asked by: Meme
This may work with fittings from other companies, however we have only tested them with our Orbit fittings. This tubing is flexible and easy to use, but it is also recommended to lay it out in the sun to let it uncoil before installation.

If I try blowing the lines out , or not use tell next year so water can evaporate dry .. Can I just leave this tubing outside in the garden all winter?

Asked by: Meme
We recommend completely blowing out the lines for winter to avoid freeze damage.
