Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Vacuum I was told about this vacuum before I bought it. When I started looking to purchase my own vacuum, I knew I wanted a Dyson. It is easy to use, the clean up is effortless, and I haven't lost suction. Great for big and small rooms and can easily interchange between surfaces. This is the only vacuum that I haven't had to replace parts or replace entirely. Even though it's on the expensive side, it is well worth every penny.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dyson DC25 vacuum This is a great vacuum cleaner as it sucks up cat hair and much more dust than my previous one. The only problem is it's a bit heavy so not for the fragile.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly Recommend!!! This vacuum is everything I hoped it would be. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and has great suction. It comes with attachments for crevices and stairs. A few people mentioned that the hose is difficult to extend and causes the unit to fall over, but I have not experienced this. The Dyson is very different to use than a conventional canister or upright. Be sure to use your body to steer the unit along the ground, much like driving a car! If you try to manoeuvre the vacuum with just your arm, you're going to have problems. This is an intuitive, flowing, logical product. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dyson DC25 I find the Dyson a bit heavy. I need to learn how to steer it, the ball is a new experience - VERY different from wheels. It doesn't just cruz like it shows in the commercial! But I will learn. It sure does suck!! which is why I wanted it. I like that I can switch the power head off and on while vacuuming going from hardwood to rug. The dirt compartiment is easy to remove and replace. Not too loud. Worth the money so far!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best vacuum I have ever had Does what it says. Best one I have ever used. LOVE it. Wish I had it years ago!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would have paid double. I am a firm believer in the mantra, "you get what you pay for". So when I buy something cheap and it breaks, I place the fault on myself and not on the poorly engineered product. This position goes both ways; when I shell out a bunch of cash for a 'high quality product', I expect it to be just that. With that in mind, this is the single highest quality product I have ever purchased with regards to both the design and components used in assembly (which is saying something as my one true love in this life is my BMW). It is elegant in its complexity which appears to have been effortlessly distilled into simplicity married with extraordinary power; it is likely to be the last vacuum you will ever purchase. The only regret I have it not getting the 'pet version' for the extra attachments.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dyson DC25 I always wanted a Dyson and when it went on sale I had to buy one. I have not been disappointed at all! For someone with a back problem the weight and maneuverability of this vacuum is the best.

Can I vacuum under the bed? Will it fit?

Asked by: Anonymous
It is about 18 inches high when laying flat, so no, it doesn't really fit well under most beds. However, the retractible hose is easy to use and goes under there no problem. You're just going to have to crouch down. I have 6 beds in my house and have had zero issues with cleaning under them via hose.

How is this for Stairs?

Does it have the retractable hose so that I don't have to take the whole unit up the stairs?
Asked by: Anonymous
YES! There is a hose that extends about 15 feet. No problem to use.
