Am using this 2-3 times a week at least!Being familiar with pressure cooking helps as adjustments are not immediately intuitive. The instructions and recipes are abysmal but with initial attention going through one's repertoire, it is not impossible to figure out. I have donated my old rice cooker- my slow cooker and stove-top pressure cooker, yogurt maker will probably be next. With the increase of space gained and being attractive enough to keep it ever-ready on the counter, it is well worth the investment :)
