Two or three are still providing light. Most have burned out and I will not buy them again. I switched to Phillips and paid more presumably for quality. I'll see how long the Phillips last.

At first it was a very quick flicker, so quick I wasnt even sure if I saw it but it has gradually gotten worse

Can these Ecosmart 60W bulbs be used in an enclosed ceiling fixture?

Lots of yes/no answers conflicting answers here spanning several years. I have these bulbs in hand. It's October 2018 and the package as well as the bulb itself is labeled to say that they are safe to use in totally enclosed fixtures.

Can these Ecosmart LED Daylight 60W replacement bulbs be used in TIMERS??

There is no indication on the box for use of these LED bulbs with TIMERS - only that they can be used with MOST dimmer switches. Can they be used with TIMERS? Which dimmer switches can't these be used with???? How do I know what my dimmer switch is???? Also, why can't they be used in totally enclosed fixtures like my ceiling mounted hall lights??? Regular incandescent bulbs can be used in these enclosed ceiling lights and they generate heat- what's up with using the LED's in the ceiling lights?
