Rated 3 out of 5 by from looks great, but not bright I should have known that the same power with incandescent lights are not nearly as bright as halogen lighting that was replaced. The lights themselves looks great and easy on the eyes. The room fills with a soft glow, but as already mentioned, you won't see white light. I was using 40 watt white ( not clear )bulbs to equal the halogen light power, but I may need to increase them to 60 watts. Two of the globes arrived cracked with sharp edges. I am attempting to return to ego.

Is the height adjustable?

Yes, the wires are adjustable. Please note that the minimum height is of 4" from the canopy to the top of the fixture.
