Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ruined my towels I’m so disappointed with this dryer. On the second load ever, it totally shredded my nicest towels and robe. It seems to have snagged some of the more delicate threads and pulled and torn them so the fabric is bunched up with threads hanging everywhere. These are things I’ve dried in other machines (both front and top load) and had for a while so I never expected this problem. Now I’m afraid to put anything besides sturdy cotton in the dryer. For something I paid this much for I was expecting to be able to confidently dry everything I had in my old machine. I did a lot of research to see if this was a common problem but haven’t been able to find anything, which initially led me to believe the problem was with our dryer specifically. My husband went over the entire inner surface to try to find a spot that could be snagging clothes and we are unable to find the source of the problem. So disappointing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I did days of research on dryers before purchasing this model. Ultimately, I chose it because it ... I did days of research on dryers before purchasing this model. Ultimately, I chose it because it had no “cons”, and what particularly sold me was the concept that this dryer wouldn’t “bake” my clothes but simply dry them. Clothing is a big expense and if having the proper dryer extends their life than that’s a huge boon! I have to say, for me, there are no cons with this dryer only pros. It’s worth the extra money if you’re considering a cheaper model. Small loads are done in 45 mins., and large in 60–that’s going to save on electricity in the the long run. A win-win in my book!
