Can this tile be used on a shower floor?

Matte tiles are suitable for a wet area install. Check with your installer for your shower size to see if the tile size is adequate for this tile to still build the appropriate slope required. This is why some installers prefer smaller matte formats for smaller shower floors to make it easier to build the slope, but if the shower is large enough, it may be possible with a tile of this size

Is this tile rated to be used on a bathroom floor?

Yes, this porcelain tile can be used on a floor installation. No need to seal, as it will not take a sealer. Be sure to use grout spacers between sheets to maintain the uniform grout space through the entire installation, and especially if using contrasting grout, which will highlight any mis-aligned sheets to sheet spacing.

What trowel size to use for this? This is supposed to be recommended by tile manufacturer.

Detailed instructions are provided on the backer card for this item with regards to installation. Use a 1/4" x 3/16" v-notch trowel to spread the thinset.

I understand that a PEI rating of 1 is not suitable for floors, but the overview states that this tile rated grade 1 is for floor use; so I'm not sure if I can use it for my bathroom floor or not.

What is the thickness of grout between the mosaic tiles? Is the price per case of 10 pieces?

The sheet is constructed with a 2 mm grout joint between mosaic pieces. Maintain this same spacing between sheets for a uniform look when installed.
