Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too many flaws! Major renovation. Had this installed throughout kitchen, bath, dining area, front entry and down the stairs. Several tiles have already cracked. What looked like possible pencil marks from construction are actual irremovable flaws in the tiles themselves. Disappointed to say the least. Likely a $10,000 bill to completely replace at this point.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful tiles! I bought these tiles for a kitchen renovation and could not be happier! The colour was beautiful, I was able to go with a darker grout which makes future upkeep easier, and they look so "rich" once they were installed. They look for more luxurious than the price would suggest. As nice, if not nicer, than similar tiles I was looking at that were 3x the cost. Highly recommend!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not as expected I had this tile installed a month ago and I want to know why 2 tiles out of each box are different than the others. After applying the seal for the grout 2 tiles became very shiny, and the rest are dull. I would have preferred the shiny finish but I at least expected all the tiles to be the same.

May I use 1/16 spacer when install this 12x24 tiles?

1/16” spacing can only be used on rectified tiles. Tiles that are calibrated need at least a 3/16” grout joint. As this tile is NOT rectified, it should have a 3/16” grout joint.

Can I use this tile outdoors?

This product can be used either indoor or outdoor because porcelain has low water absorption meaning it can withstand the freeze thaw of the Canadian climate.
