Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beware! This order & wrongly worded description has cost me over $100 with running around to different locations for orders. The description clearly says 10 pc to a case. As a new home owner and reno rookie one may say I should’ve known by the price, but I don’t have the experience to make that judgement. I’ve put in the original order of qty 2 (which I thought were 20 pieces in 2 cases) but I showed up and is only two strips. No returns or refunds and now I have taken a day off work with fuel chasing around the remainder of this tile, cancellation fee for my contractor, and fuel charges. All due to wrong description and lack of stock. This tile company / HD has cost me.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Chips like a coffee cup We bought this to try because we really loved the look of it but be extremely wary of where you install it. Chips fairly easily. Love the look but doesn’t look great once it chips. I’d recommend it to a friend if they were putting it somewhere they weren’t to concerned about damage.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Misleading My rating is on the website and service - although the overview specifies 10 pieces and there was a question on here that asks ("is it true these are sold by the case and 1 order includes 10 sheets" answered "yes this item is 10 pieces per carton") That is a lie this item is sold per sheet and there is no option to purchase by the case. The website needs to be corrected to be more clear as it is very misleading. I've wasted my time ordering these, wating for them to come in and then driving to pick them up only to find out my due diligence of research was for nothing since the website isn't clear.

Why does it say 0.95 sq ft. per pcs, 10 pieces per case. Case weight is 24.7 lbs and the supplies review answer shows that it doesn’t mention “Case”?

The notes mention pieces per case as a further detail for contractors or those wanting to purchase a full carton of tile. Many contractors like his option to ship in full cases only to a job site, or to leave the homeowner an extra amount for later repairs to have the lot number and product information available. However, the top of the webpage for pricing purposes is where the piece coverage and piece price is given.

What size of spacers do you use with this tile?

This mosaic is installed using a 2-2.5 mm grout spacing. Use a spacer of the same size between each sheet for a uniform looking installation.
