It arrived a little early and the outside packaging was in pristine condition. However, inside there was damage on just about each section. One large chuck missing and laying in the box (had to quickly use a glue gun to make it usable). All corners were severely dinged up and all the screws for the legs were missing and we had to make do with some we had on hand. Even the finished front edge was dinged. Thankfully the doors were in perfect condition so the end result is very good. Since the packaging was in perfect condition, it had to have been sent from the factory with the damage already there. Not good. Upside, very strong and stable when put together and had the features I needed and could not find elsewhere: full plain panel doors (no drawer or false front) adjustable height, sturdy construction and a good price. The product would have received 5 stars if it had been sent out in better condition and with all the screws.

I bought it knowing it was too tall for the counter it was going under, but was easy to cut to size and drill new peg holes. Cut pieces had clean edges (used a new blade to make sure). Very nice looking and sturdy cabinet. Wish I had done this year's ago!

We had the experience of the cabinet being just a tiny bit too tall to go under my old style site-built laminate countertop. My guy sawed a bit off the threaded part of the legs and it worked perfectly and did not compromise the functionality of the legs at all. It was an excellent work-around for a sticky situation.
