Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple We own an old house and there for the design very well. Design and installation are simple and very forgiving. Keep some black drywall screws on hand to replace some of the screwed they provide. Some of them are very short and don't hold up when you're pulling on the door.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Okay Instructions are not very clear. As well, they indicate to use 3/16 piolet holes which are way too big for the provided screws.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Possibly a great product ? Instructions are great for simple side of the gate, but NO instructions showing how to do the other complicated side? Come on guys, we're not all engineers that can figure this one out. (Give me time - but next time, include COMPLETE instructions.)
