There are many spots where you can see the squirrels tried to bury something or looking to dig something up, however, this force field mesh stopped them and allowed my bulbs to get settled with no disturbance from any little creatures! Can't wait for ALL the bulbs to rise in the spring!!!

This is the perfect inexpensive solution for making 5 ft x 3 ft panels. I chose the quarter inch because of it's small spacing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for quail or chick cage floors Doubt that anyone would read this, but I'd figured to throw this review out there on the slightest of chances that it'll help someone. I've decided to buy this with the intention of using it as flooring for a quail chick cage. That way the risk of them being soaked by a tipped over waterer is null. And having the ability to use a tray to cleanout their droppings is definitely an welcomed bonus. For those who want to follow suite, all you need todo is made a wooden 'window frame' out of 2x2s or 4s and then lay the mesh ontop of it. There you simply staple or drill the mesh onto the frame and presto - you've a new 'flood-proof' baby quail or chick floor. This handy trick certainty helped the quality of life, as I no longer need to worry about a tipped over waterer!
