A great embellishment for kitchens and bathrooms alike, the Fasade 18 in. x 24 in. vinyl (PVC) Backsplash is durably constructed and designed for easy installation. These beautiful backsplash panels cut to your desired size with a snip, scissors or utility knife, and they mount quickly with a polyurethane tube adhesive or the Fasade high-bond, double-sided tape. Great for remodelling, home staging and new construction. These backsplash panels come in multiple styles and finishes from traditional to modern, so there is style and colour for your all your design needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great, but it is definitely a project. These tiles look fantastic once installed, but make sure you allow enough time to do the project. They are NOT as easy to cut as you might think, so if you have a lot of outlets and/or nooks, you might want to hire someone or be prepared w/ some extra material. I was able to do the job myself, however, and did not need an assistant. We chose to utilize the trim pieces in a little different application than they recommended, but you definitely need them as the edges of the cuts can get a little rough. Based on other reviews, we used the glue as the tape sounded iffy. I did end up spraying the glue w/ water, as recommended, to speed curing of the glue, but having not done it before, I don't know how necessary that was. I forgot the "notching" instructions for where 4 tiles come together until about halfway through the job. I can't tell that it helped a LOT on the 2nd half, but I'd definitely try and do that differently were I to start over. You definitely get the hang of it as you go along, so don't get frustrated at the very start. Overall, it was a fairly easy project as it took me about 4-5 hours total, looks great and cost thousands less than if I had someone else do it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great addition to our kitchen remodel When we were looking at backsplash materials to compliment our new granite countertops, we did not want conventional tile with its grout lines. We were looking for something reflective, but not mirrors since we have appliances on that countertop. The Fasade crosshatch silver finish seemed perfect, but we were undecided about the pattern. We ordered three different patterns and chose the miniquattro. After living with it for several weeks, we couldn't be happier. The pattern changes depending on the viewing angle. We get the effect of reflective tile with no grout lines. And since it comes in large pieces, it was much easier and less expensive to install than tile. Our painter/paper hanger used the recommended adhesive and put it up in no time. She even managed to cover a large hole from a removed intercom with the material without patching it first with sheetrock. We also chose to use the border pieces for a more finished look. We like the look so much, we were sorry we had to obstruct it at all with the appliances. I wish I had a picture to show how great this product looks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from one of the easiest ways to redo your kitchen these look cool and aren't very hard to cut with scissors. if you use a tube of silicon adhesive it works better than with tape because you can get the panel flat to the wall and slide it into place exactly where you want it to be. the only that could be better is that it could come in larger square panels, and with a mark of where to line them up on the overlap to make it even easier, but still this is a good product and simple to use although a tad expensive for molded plastic.

can i order a style of fasade tiles that is not in your store

We googled the Fasade tile styles and really like Fasade Crosshatch Traditional 2 Silver Kitchen Tiles but see they are not in your store. you have the ceiling tiles in the style we like. could we order the kitchen ones in that style through you?

can this product be installed over existing ceramic 4x4 tiles by using con. adhesive

Hello! Thank you for your question! The wall to which you plan to install backsplash panels to needs to be freshly cleaned, free from dust, grease, wax, etc. After you’ve cleaned the wall, be sure that it is dried thoroughly. Acceptable substrates are drywall, plaster or clean, smooth tile (glazed, porcelain type tile; not porous or textured). Any damaged, loose or uneven areas must be repaired, patched, leveled and primed. Fill cracks and irregularities with wallboard compound or spackling, then sand smooth with fine-grade sandpaper. Any porous material like highly textured drywall, plywood (or any raw wood without primer), and wallpaper unless removed, sanded and primed, will result in adhesive failure. can backsplash be used around a tub/shower?

Hello! Thank you for your question! Once you have your backsplash installed, the panels can be cleaned with soap and water only. Any harsh abrasives will damage the finish on the tiles. For this reason, we normally do not recommend installing our panels inside a shower or bathtub. For additional protection in high traffic areas (outside of tub, above shower, inside bathroom) we recommend applying a silicone sealant for moisture resistance. This will ensure quality protection for years to come. The recommended adhesive is Loctite® PL Premium for a permanent application. Once the adhesive fully cures, it will solidify so the moisture will not affect your wall.
