For the best of both worlds, the WH03042 is a 3300 watt 30A electric start RV ready generator that is California and Canada emissions certified. As a Whisper Hybrid Dual Fuel Series, the WH03042 runs at a quiet 56dB - well below National Park standards and can use either gasoline or propane. With a 1.8gal tank, this beauty will run for 9hrs. Our Max Pro Series 171cc engine runs cool and efficient thanks to the Phoenix Fat Head Block. Easy access points are at the front including power, choke, and ECO mode. Enjoy clean, quiet power on the go with the WH03042.Note: Everything you need is in the box including: oil, funnel, operator's manual, and spark plug wrench.

Yes it comes with everything you need. Not sure on hose length as that’s hubbys territory but I feel like it’s maybe 2-3 feet long.

It does not come with any sort of remote start capability, no. You have to use the main panel to start/stop/control the genset operations.

Does it come with a battery for the electric start and how much would the whole unit weigh?

It does come with a battery for the electric start. I've not weighed the unit myself, but the manufacturers spec of 84lbs does seem accurate based on how heavy it is when I lift it into my truck. It does come with wheels and a handle so can be wheeled around (easier then carrying)
