No dents or scratches on chair. Very comfy, nice color.

The first set arrives with scratches on all but 1 item, and several items without assembly hardware. Home Depot was great in when we processed the return and re-order. The replacements arrived with still another one item scratched. They were inconsistently packages. We like the product and the Home Depot service, but the distributor needs to be fired.
