FLEX SEAL LIQUID is a thick rubberized liquid that you can brush, roll, dip or pour. It starts out as a thick liquid and dries to a strong, flexible, watertight, rubberized coating. Seals out air, water and moisture and is mildew, chemical and UV resistant. Non-hazardous, non-flammable and safe around plants and animals. Available in black, white, clear and gray.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As Good As It Gets In our somewhat unorthodox application, sealing a plywood upper deck to prevent moisture leaks, the Flexseal Liquid Rubber worked precisely as described on the can. A bit too stiff for applying with a roller, we used a 3" Goat Hair brush that was discarded afterwards. The results are as we were led to expect: thoroughly sealed, the approximate depth of Flexseal over joints is about 1/8" - with not a single drop of moisture escaping since we applied the product, having accumulated three inches of rain during that interval. To say we are pleased is an understatement! Indubitably, it really seals and keeps moisture out. If that is what you need, then Flexseal Liquid Rubber will do the job.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Flex seal we used it for out basement where it leak, No you cannot put it over leaking water as it doesn't stick, where its dry we put some flex seal but notice some places the water zip behind the flex seal. so don't trust this produc. unfornunately it may be good for other things, I am oping it doesn't go throuw to other spots but who knows. A basement floor is a big job if we have to redo it as of now I am using hydrolic cement to pach the leaks....

Can this be applied to a EPDM rubber roof on a RV trailer and what is the coverage
