Rated 1 out of 5 by from I HATE IT!!!!!!!! BUYERS BE WARE!! The handbook says for the best results, ball laundry, each garment up in a ball. I have spent the last 2 hours trying to wash 2 sheets. It starts to spin, then stops because sensors say the the load is off balance. you attempt to rearrange sheets that are soaking wet -- and the same thing happens. You go down stairs, thinking your wash is done -- WRONG!! Its paused again, AND GUESS WHAT? THERE IS NO SPIN ONLY cycle. You have to RINSE AND SPIN! I HATE IT!! I PAID FULL PRICE, not used or refurbished. I have had 2 service guys to service it in 60 days, They tell me, they don't make appliances like they used to. We had our Kenmore laundry center, for almost 20 years -- can't get this one to work for 2 months. Did I mention "I HATE IT!!

We were renting a vacation rental and we used the machine once, machine only appears to be several years old, it worked fine the first time we used it and the second time the agitator fails to operate correctly, we notified the owner of the house and he now has to have a friend of his fix it for him and he has pay money to buy the part. I will never buy this machine, I will use whirlpool and Maytag as we have had a good experience with them for almost 15 years and the machine we have now still works perfectly after 4 years.

Is there a fabric softener dispenser?

Does this set require a stacking scaffold type frame?

What size power cord is included with this unit? The picture of the back looks like a regular 110 plug coming out of the dryer but dryers usually require a 220 plug??
