Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Choice - numerous design issues - way too frustrating Large washer drum size but can't handle a large load! Misrepresented. Washer fills but won't spin - all lights flash with red light at the top - no trouble shooting FAQ, solution is to remove items then rinse and spin (also have to reset power breaker to stop cycle - cancel doesn't cancel). Can't just remove some clothes and resume- doesn't work. No Spin Only cycle, have to restart using rinse/spin cycle. This wastes water which is a problem when you are on a well and septic system. No Fabric Rinse Dispenser - stupid Have to dissolve laundry detergent in water prior to adding clothes or any undissolved/ undiluted laundry detergent marks clothes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So frustrated with this machine.... I just want to get rid of it!!! My machine 's washer has malfunctioned from the first load. I purchased this machine 2 weeks ago and used it for the first time on Friday September 9, 2022. During every load I did on Friday, I had to rebalance the load numerous times during both the spin and rinse cycles. Did not matter what I did...moved clothes around, took clothes out of the machine,,,the balance load light came on. I managed to get two loads done and it took hours. The third load is still in the machine sopping wet because I simply can not get the clothes to rebalance. I just hope i can return this machine to the retailer. So disappointed and angry.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Just Ok This is my first stackable laundry centre, so I find it awkward and small to remove the laundry from the washer. The Washer seems smaller than 4.3 Cu. ft, I could barely was a twin size comforter, which made the machine unbalanced and ended up taking me several hours to finally wash as I had to wait 6 minutes everytime to unlock the lid. And accidently cancelled the cycle and since there is no "just spin" cylcle had to go through a whole rinse and spin, more than once. Both the washer and dryer beep once done and will continue to do so until you open the doors. There is no way to turn the alarm off, so you cannot turn your washer or dryer on and go to bed as you will be woken by the constant beeping.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I want to love it Very happy with dryer and washer capacity and the looks of it, works well when it does... but it doesn't usually. Spin and drain cycle is always stopping or restarting or just sitting there or re-rinsing. It is level, loads are on the smaller size of medium. Seems to work empty so drain hose is working fine. Would be great to get some support from Frigidaire but they "aren't taking calls" and I cannot register my product online after many attempts, which has me concerned about warranty. Finally found a way to message them, so hoping all of this gets solved so I can be happy about our purchase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Total corrosion of drum, frame, bearings, etc. Back on March 4th 2015 I purchased a stackable washer and drier model Guan275EDWW with a 5-year extended warranty. About two months ago it started to leak from the bottom. I called Homedepot service people Inovi (450-419-6669) that after charging me about 200.0$ just for the visit, he (Paolo) informed me that the drum, gears and bearings were complete corroded and have failed. Repairs will cost another 1000.0$ The corrosion started several years ago while it still was under the extended warranty. Total and complete failure of the metal components after about three or four years of operation. I called another company for a second opinion that confirm even worst corrosion of the complete bottom frame included and that the model was discontinued with no spare parts. This is totally unacceptable. Now I have to buy another washer drier machine after only six years of operation. Who is responsible for this kind of garbage products? Order # 119176710. I think you should buy me a new machine immediately, please.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's okay We just had this unit installed and did a few regular loads. I was pleased with the washer capacity and the clothes dried quickly. Toda was my first time washing bedding that includes a100% cotton bedspread. Unbalanced load came on. The lid would no unlock. Finally rearranged everything and tried again. Still unbalanced load. So I pulled out the soaking wet bedspread and put in the remaining laundry. As others have indicated, there is no straight spin cycle (I tried drain and spin) and more water was added. Finally getting through the spin cycle and wondering what's going to happen when try to spin the bedspread by itself. It is single bed sized, so ir is not terribly big and I definitely did not have this problem with my pervious machine.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Happy I bought this laundry center about a year ago simply for the space saving aspect. There are 2 things I dislike about this product. It does not spin between washing the clothes and rinsing, it just let's some water out and then starts filling for the rinse. I would rather it spin out ALL the dirty water before rinsing. Also, when it does spin at the end of the cycle often it's off balance even if you look in and it doesn't look like it, it won't spin. Very annoying and because of that takes alot longer to do the load....Will not buy one again!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't clean I’ve been using this machine only because it is what is provided in my condo unit. It is absolutely horrible and I wish I could use a different machine. Every wash cycle my clothes come out COVERED in a grey lint. I’ve been trying to call Frigidaire for months to ask what to do about this, as I even had a technician come here and say they have no idea how to solve this problem. My clothes are dirtier coming out of this than they go in. I’m having a baby and I will have to go do my baby’s laundry at my parents house because this machine is so bad and I can’t have the baby’s clothes covered in this gross lint. Do not purchase this. The headache it causes is not worth it and my poor landlord has been trying to get this fixed but no one at Frigidaire gets back to us.

What is the electrical hookup on this stackable washer and dryer 240 volts only and does that wire come with the unit could you show me a picture of the rear of the stackable washer and dryer so I can look at the drain hose also

Asked by: Jimstaffs
The electrical set up is 240 volts only. No washer cord is needed. The unit is complete and ready to set up. Drain hose is the same as most other hoses as are the supply hoses. Unfortunately due to space restrictions I’m unable to get a picture of the back of the unit.  This is a great unit and holds more laundry than our previous front loader.
