Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Design- Electrical Malfunction We purchased the range with our new house. The range had an F-10 error code (runaway temperature) that occurred a few times. After closer investigation, there is a cut out at the rear of the range where the probe enters the oven. In this location and a few others, we noticed some type of liquid exiting the oven and dripping on top of the circuit board. The material leaving the oven short out the relay board and fried the temperature relay.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Large oven and various size burners. Bought this stove 2 months ago and just love it. The gliding racks in the oven are just great. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great stove with nice features Bought this a month ago and like all the features. Especially the gliding rack. Makes taking things out of the oven much easier. The audible alerts could be louder. Can only hear them if you are in the room. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy with purchase I wanted to wait a few months before writing review for this range. I could not be happier with this purchase. Looks and performs great, also very easy to keep clean. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my Flattop I bought this to replace our Samsung appliances and so glad I did. Love the convection option and easy clean top. Only downside is that it does take a long time to preheat. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Warmer and Timer Purchased about a month ago. Loved the looks. 2 things that I don’t like and remains problematic are as follows: 1. The warmer section either does not work or it takes a whole day to warm up or I am doing something wrong. Other reviewers also noted this issue. 2. The dummy dual TIMER should be tied to the range oven like the previous model. What is the use of a timer if it does not stop the oven function? (The timer beep is not even loud enough to hear it) [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek style, heavy duty functionality We are pleased with our purchase. I would suggest some function modifications such as making the temperature indicator lights larger, adding a display that shows the actual oven temperature and a way to adjust the volume of the signals. Rated 3 out of 5 by from A bit disappointed The circuit board on our last Frigidaire Pro stove fried. It had been a scratch and dent model which let the steam into the wrong place, but other than that we had liked the stove. We had to make a quick decision about the new range and liked the new look and what we had heard about the new model. On the positive side, the burners heat up faster, the oven works and it looks good. On the downside, the timer chime (which on the last model was too loud) is now barely audible from the next room. This is an issue because there is often no need to stay in the kitchen while waiting for the oven to finish. Second the initial burn-in period of the oven was 10-12 times. This was horrible. It smelled toxic and we had to open all the windows in the house and run fans. Why is burn in necessary? Why isn’t it done in the factory where all those toxic fumes can be properly remediated? Lastly the non-convection “bake” setting is really loud. Was there no was to insulate the noise? It’s ridiculous. Couple that with the barely audible timer, and it’s a double failure. This stove was expensive. I wish I had known about these things because I would have chosen another brand. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

How loud is the convection fan? A lot of comments/reviews talk about the fan sounding like a plane... I have a 17 year old whirlpool gold and the fan is not quiet but I am not ready for a plane in my kitchen. Thank you (would love to hear it)

Asked by: Planet
Hi, Planet. Thank you for reaching out. Based on consumer feedback, the convection fan is fairly low. I recommend reaching out to your local Home Depot for a hands-on demo. Please keep in mind proper installation and an even floor surface helps reduce the sound of your appliance. Hope this helps. Should you have any additional questions, please contact us at 1- 800-265-8352. Our specialists are ready to assist Monday through Friday from 8am-8pm EST. -Derrick

Where does the steam come from? My current convection oven vents at the back, and there is a lot coming out of the back vent. In this model, the steam must come from the front? Won’t it affect both the cook and the controls? thank you so much

Asked by: Planet
Hello, Planet. Thank you for contacting us. The oven vents, which helps cool the components inside the unit, should not affect your cooking. We do recommend not to touch surface burners or elements, areas near these burners or elements, interior surfaces of the oven, or the warmer drawer. Areas near surface burners and elements may become hot enough to cause burns. During and after use, do not touch, or let clothing or other flammable materials touch these areas until they are cool. These areas may include the cooktop, surfaces facing the cooktop, oven vent areas, oven door, and oven window. Hope this helps. Should you have any additional questions, please contact us at 1- 800-265-8352. Our specialists are ready to assist Monday through Friday from 8am-8pm EST. -Derrick
