Rated 2 out of 5 by brink from Item shipped slow and came broken. The item came broken (Cracked). Due to HD's slow (Snail paced) shipping service, I had no time to return for a hopefully unbroken item. I installed the item on a new home hoping the adhesive used to install the item and placed over the crack will keep it in good condition. This stuff is really soft when placing a screw into it. Be careful when pre-drilling for a countersink. Would be easy to drill too deep. The adhesive needs to be a particular type. Be certain to read and get the right kind. The adhesive will be the thing to hold it in place. The screw or nails will not hold much. In the future, I would prefer the plastic units, used when installing vinyl siding. They have a nailing/screwing flange that will aid in adhering to the wall. Overall, use with kid gloves. These actually, are fairly delicate.
