Short of that they are absolutely amazing. Grew huge tomato plants, sunflowers, strawberries and some flowers. Great for small ackward decks and growing pretty much whatever you want.

Can this be left outside over the winter (in Ottawa)?

The product is designed for indoor and outdoor use. Although the product is tested for outdoor use, it is recommended during extreme winter months it is ideal to store the product indoors.
