J'ai acheté un thermomètre de four pour comparer et la température du four est toujours inférieure a celle demandé. J'ai essayé le contrôle de température comme indiqué dans le livre et j'arrive pas à augmenter la température. En plus, un réparateur de GE m'a affirmé qu'il est dangereux d'employer l'auto nettoyage du four, la vitre du four risque que d'exploser. Est-ce vrai que GE a cessé l'ato nettoyage sur les modèles 2021 ont seulement le nettoyage vapeur ? J'aimerais bien avoir l'avis d'un technicien de GE pour me conseiller.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Both good and bad Purchased online on a Monday and had it delivered that Friday. This is our third Convention oven and the first GE. Unit was by far the loudest of the 3 ovens when the cooling and convention fans were running. You cannot stand around the oven and have a conversation when the fans are running. This was a deal breaker for us and we returned the unit. The Good Overall appearance Digital controls easy to understand. Fast shipping. Great crew Very good customer service when we decided to return the unit. The Bad Very loud Sheet metal panels on side as well as bottom drawer would benefit with using a heavier gauge of sheet metal. Not flimsy but bottom drawer will likely dent easily with normal use. Full user manual needs to be downloaded. Only the quick start guide provided. Stainless Steel panels show every finger print. A brushed finish would be better. 1 Year MFG warranty is lacking when you look at the cost of replacement parts. This is an industry wide problem making the purchase with the extra expense of an extended warranty almost mandatory. The most likely part to fail is the most expensive to replace. Module replacement could cost as much as $700. Overall it's not a bad unit just to darn loud. I wished the all MFGs provided a db sound measurement in the specs of their units.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from broke after 2 weeks Only 2 weeks after purchase, Error message F200 appear on the main borad with that horrible sound and the fan of the oven turned on high speed without touching anything. At this point, the oven does not work, I can use the cook top but when I do, the main bord start beeping non stop, oven fan full speed and error message followed by reboot of the system. I have to shut down the fusible downstairs for the stove to shut up. Tech came after 10 days of me calling for tech support, Had to oder parts like main bord, connectors, fan etc ... fonna take another 2 weeks before reparation, if they can fix this problem ... bad experience, Won't recommand that product nor buying appliances at Home depot. When I called customer service with this situation, the person at home depot told me that they are not responsible for manufacturer warranty and that it is not their problem ... what a service !!

Several reviews complained of a noisy fan. I have not had this experience and I am sensitive to loud noises.
