Rated 4 out of 5 by from Attractive Appliance for a Great Price The range offers two separate ovens, four elements and a middle griddle. It is designed well and quite striking. We were initially concerned that the range would not fit standard counter depth of 25", but it fit perfectly. The overhang is primarily from the controls and door handles (see pictures). We love the middle griddle. It's on the heavier side, but we find it easy to remove/clean. Overall the range works very well. We have had no issues with performance. With that said, unfortunately within the first 24 hours it had scratches on the oven glass, the control panel and one of the elements. They are minor scratches, but it suggests to me this range is made with materials that are highly susceptible to damage.

Despite thorough research, including reading hundreds of reviews, I encountered a significant flaw: an uneven cooking surface. Despite my efforts to address this issue, the company went back and forth with me for months, sending rude technicians to the house that didn't even address the issue. Their final lack of response and resolution has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Cooking has become an unpredictable and frustrating experience, making it impossible for me to recommend this product to others. A flat, even cooktop is the bare minimum requirement for a range. It's so disappointing that they didn't stand behind their product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Grate coating wears off, looks old & worn On 2nd usage of oven the 'digital display' (clock/temperature settings) quit working - ovens no longer working. Was sent replacement stove - top oven does not reach temperature as on display. Issue with both stoves grates - even with one usage, the coating seems to wear off - white marks cover the black finish. Tech support said 'is cosmetic, we don't support cosmetic'. Not happy that brand new stove looks old, not clean & like grates need replacing. Will be returning

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy! Do not buy this range unless you love burning chemicals in your house. The stove top works great but the ovens is where things get problematic. I tried to burn off the oven 5 times and it still smells. It's not packaging that was left behind either. I'm scared to use it and certainly don't want to put food in there. GE has no clue and can't provide any explanation. I had other brands in the past and never had problems like this.

Theres absolutely nothing blocking it - it just wont close properly... Haven't even finished taking all the tape off and will be sending it back. Seems cheaply made as well. Don't want another incase this is actually normal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great stove for my kitchen I have been a professional chef for 45 years and have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. This one is definitely one of the good ones. I have had my stove for over a month now ( had to replace the old one after 15 years) and I have to say I am very happy with it. The temperatures of the oven are very accurate (tested them with an oven thermometer), the cook top is faster than my old one and it's easier to clean up. Some of the criticisms of other customers are not fair. Yes, the finish on the grate wear off quickly, but then, did you buy a piece of furniture or a stove?? It's supposed to be a working tool, so don't sweat the scuff marks! As far as the uneven seal on the oven door goes, yes, i's a bit uneven, but it needs time to settle. Use the oven a few times, and you will find that the seal evens out eventually. You want a good seal, not a perfect alignment. It works. My only "criticism" would be that I would want a grate for the center burner in case I don't want to use the griddle, but use it as a burner instead. I still use the griddle on low heat to keep pots warm, or to slow-cook something. I have made pancakes, eggs Benny, fajitas and grilled cheese sandwiches on it, but it's not used that much. I love the two ovens! The top is a great place to keep food warm, or to warm up serving platters and plates, while the bottom oven roasts, broils or air-fries whatever. Nice change from my old one! All in all, a great product. I'm very happy with it.

are both ovens self cleaning?

Both ovens are cleaned by steam. You add distilled water to the oven then set the cleaning cycle. When finished you wipe it down. It doesn’t smoke or smell like other self cleaning ovens do when it’s burned off during the cleaning cycle. You also need to add the water, it doesn’t have a water connection like other steam ovens do.

Can you remove the griddle? Is there a standard grate under the griddle so that you can use other cookware in the center space?

You can remove the griddle but there is no grate under it. I had a previous stove where the griddle sat on top of the grate and it wasn’t practical for me. I seldom use the middle burner for cooking on with pots but use the griddle a lot so wanted it integrated.
