Rated 3 out of 5 by from not impressed The reason I purchased this model was because I could choose water levels or let the machine pick. The delivery guys put the machine in the laundry area and I told hubby to check for damage so I didn't look at it until I signed for it. That's when I realized I got the wrong model. This one doesn't have the choice of water levels. I thought about it and decided not worth complaining about it because it does have a fill feature if you need to add more water. Now for the rinse. I choose deep rinse option and it only adds water like it is sensing unless you are using a cycle that calls for deep rinse. The agitation for the rinse is nothing. It's like the clothes just sit in place. USELESS. Kicking myself for not getting a front loader which I had before for 16 yrs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too noisy!! This was purchased by the owner of the company I work for for the crew house. Wish we had our old 15 yr old clunker back. This new machine is 1. Extremely loud, 2. Exceptionally long final spin that adds to the time exposed to this noise, 3. Ineffective short wash cycle which leaves soap pods not dissolved. Funny how companies rate a decibel level for dishwashers yet this freight train can exist in a home!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do NOT recommend Would not recommend buying this washer. It never fills to the appropriate water level or gives you enough water to “ wishy wash” clothes. The clothes just sits in the washer and doesn’t really spin. You also use too much detergent cause it doesn’t get soapy. Has a deep fill button that doesn’t work either. Never fills the washer enough with water.

Becomes unbalanced extremely easily. The drain hose has cracks from what I assume is a result of the washer shaking so badly while running unbalanced. The drive gears have begun failing after 8 months of use.
