Rated 1 out of 5 by from WARNING IF YOU USE IT FOR PROPANE Just bought this and was not informed that it DOES NOT come with a propane conversion kit. The kit is not available from the retailer so you have to search for someone that sells it. Then be prepared to pay $100 for two small brass orifices that you must install that are probably worth about $10. To install you have to disassemble the entire front of the dryer, the door panel, remove the drum, find and remove other parts to get at the brass orifices that need replacement. The instructions that come with the kit are abysmal with poor diagrams. Be prepared for a frustration procedure or pay someone $$$ to do the job. The two gas ranges I recently purchased (LG and Maytag) came with propane conversions and easy to follow instructions. Why GE wants to anger customers from the start is beyond me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from constantly breaking 18 months old and has been repaired 3 times already, dryer would not spin, belt had come off, continued to have issues even with new belt. Finally seemed to work, just long enough to get out of warranty period (a horrible 1 year, so you know they don't stand behind this product), now the washer lid lock was seized, I was able to reset myself with some research, very next day it won't spin and drain, resetting does nothing now. Very problematic machine. Don't expect this for a 2018 model...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable This is the second washer and dryer center we have bought for a retirement home because they had one and it worked so much better and longer with less problems then the front loading LG washer and dryers so we now have two of them and the 1st one is still running without a hitch! Its very durable, a bit more like the washers and dryers of the past that would last 30 years.

I'm disappointed in Home Depot for selling this. GE exits the picture after one year and will refer you over to the extended warranty company . We have to talk to them all the time . Nice people who can't keep our washing machine running

Rated 2 out of 5 by from not what I was hoping for First time I used the dryer there was a scrapper,rubbing noise....repair man came& he made a few adjustments & he wasn't gone long & the rubbing scrapping sound was back. He felt that it was the drum "was out of round " & needs replacement. New machine never been used!! Was told it was ok to use the washer so I went ahead and did a load [ who needs a 20 minute spin cycle !!! WRINKLES+++++++--especially now that we don't have a dryer to fluff them!!] About 2 hours after the washer was finished--& in the OFF position the drain pump started up for some unknown reason-fortunately we were there & pulled the plug so the motor did not overheat. Have used the washer frequently but always unplug when I am finished plus do not leave the house while the machine is running Other reviews state how happy they are with how dry their clothes are out of the washer but don't know how they tolerate the wrinkles. Have tried different cycles- not the quick one yet-but the spin cycles are all so long. Bad time to have problems over Christmas & with this pandemic so still issues -----store & GE have said my problems will be taken care of
