Rated 2 out of 5 by from Defective on First Use I purchased this nozzle because it felt like it had very solid build quality - mostly metal and not many prices to break off. However, when I got home and tested it, I was disappointed to see that the stream did not come out very evenly out of the front (it strayed to one side). Also, when attempting to adjust the width of the stream while the water was flowing, the adjustment knob would suddenly jump to the most focused setting, and I could only adjust it to a wider setting after turning the water off. The fact that this cannot be adjusted while the water is flowing diminished its utility for me. I assumed I received a defective unit, so I returned it to Home Depot. I ended up opting for the Gilmour Pro Cleaning Nozzle Thumb Trigger (Model # 847722-5001) which better fit my needs.
