Totally worthless, can't be fixed! This top of the line(?) shower head is completely reliant on a 10 cent plastic washer which Home Depot doesn't stock and I can't find anywhere else. Why don't the Chinese make this simple part of brass? Really this broken plastic connector piece renders this entire purchase obsolete. DON'T BUY THIS!

Poorly designed product, really.I've had this Glacier Bay 3 function showerhead and hand shower combo kit for about 6-8 months now. I've given this product a 3/5 for 'Ease of Installation', because it really is fairly straight forward to install; follow the instructions and you're golden. I've given this product a 1/5 for both 'Quality' and 'Value' because it is made from cheap plastic parts (but really at this price point, what does one expect) and value-wise, I could have spent the same amount of money on a different product and likely got better results. The combo kit functioned fairly well for the first 6-8 months, granted I never really used the hand shower portion. Some lime-scale/scum built up on the showerhead and at a couple of joints, so I removed the combo kit and cleaned it (I kept every washer in the same position and paid very close attention to the routing of the hoses, because the design requires it due to pressure issues). Upon re-applying some teflon plumbers tape to the shower inlet (as recommended by the manufacturer), a seal could not be re-established, so it leaks. It doesn't leak at the connection between the shower inlet and the combo kit, but at the next joint (the combo kit itself). I re-applied the plumbers tape, double checked the hose routing, and reinstalled the combo kit 3 times, to no avail. To make matters worse, the hand shower portion of the kit is too heavy, so when it's put in place, the whole apparatus twists, causing the hand shower to fall out. If it wasn't so annoying, I'd probably laugh (actually, I really am kind of laughing, it's so absurd). What I've ended up doing is removing the showerhead from the combo kit and attaching that directly to the shower inlet; works like a champ (of course, there's no hand shower now, so what was the point of buying a combo kit?). Were I to see you in a Home Depot store, I would probably say, "Pardon me, you might consider going with something else; I bought it and it doesn't work like you'd think it would." Maybe consider going with something else?
